Diver Program
Now is the time to dive
into the PADI Open Water Diver course, the most popular dive
program in the world! This is your students ticket to a
lifetime of intense adventure with PADI, a dive company that
sets the standards in the global diving community.
Throughout the course,
students will learn fundamentals of scuba diving, including
dive equipment and techniques. They will also earn a PADI
Open Water Diver certification that is recognized worldwide.
You earn this rating by completing pool dives and knowledge
development sessions and by making four open water (ocean)
dives.
As a certified PADI Open Water Diver you have the freedom to
dive with a buddy independent of a professional, depending
on age.
There is good news for college students interested in
getting certified: Now the PADI Open Water Diver course is
recommended for college credit(s) by the American Council on
Education (ACE) as well as other EU colleges. This program
meets the educational standards and requirements for credit
at the college level, even when taught away from a college
or university
Suggested Age Group: 12
yrs old = 19 yrs
Minimum Numbers 6
students, Maximum 14 students.
Duration: 10 – 12 weeks.
7 weeks academic, approximately 1 hour in length.
4 weeks pool work, approximately 2-1/2 hours in length.
2 Days of Open water Training, Pattaya or Koh Samet.
Can be modified to meet
schools schedule.
